Booking -:

After we have received your deposit or full payment (if applicable) and we have issued a confirmation invoice, a contract will exist between Lookmyholiday, effective from the date printed on your invoice. Once the contract(s) is made, the airlines, accommodation provider and any other supplier is responsible for providing you with what you have booked.

For all the services contracted, minimum deposit of 40% of the total cost should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services.

Airline Schedules/Cancellation/Delays -:

It is travelers responsibility to contact the airline to check if there has been any change in the time of departure. We cannot be held responsible for any Cancellation or Delay of Flights due to Fog or any other technical reason. It is Airlines responsibility to provide the suitable connection in such conditions.

Hotel/Convenience -:

Every Hotel has its own schedule of charges for various extra services and assets damages. It is your responsibility to settle the bills/fine at the time of check-out.

Amendment Made By You -:

If you want to change any part of your booking, we will do all we can to help. However, the suppliers are under no obligation to make any change, although with reasonable notice (usually more than four weeks), changes may be possible. If a supplier is able to make a change, LookMyholiday will charge an administration fee per booking. In case of group booking, no alterations can be made since all the arrangements are made in advance to get the group rates with the supplier.

Cancellation Fees -:

If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has inducted. If you are entitled to a refund please note LookMyholiday is unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the suppliers. LookMyHoliday will charge a cancellation fee per booking. In case of Group Bookings/Fixed Departures, no refund can be made once booking is confirmed.

Passport & Visas -:

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of travelling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits. LookMyHoliday can only assist you in visa application. Issuance of Visa is totally on the discretion of concerned authorities. Under any circumstances, LookMyholiday shall not be responsible for any loss or applicable cancellation fees of services on "Refusal of Visa/Refusal of On Arrival Visa/Delay in Issuance of Visa".

Prices -:

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however LookMyHoliday acts only as a travel agent and relies on information provided to us from the suppliers of the travel services and products. We will bring to your attention any change in price made prior to you completing your booking and paying the balance of the price. Please note some tour operators and travel service providers reserve the right to increase the price of your travel arrangements due to increases in airfares, hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations.

Wildlife Safaris cancellation -:

All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Mandatory Identification Document:

It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation. Documents as per details given below are applicable for different categories :
  • For foreign nationals – copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.
  • For Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport.
  • For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card – copy of passport and copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory.
  • For domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.

Complaints

We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services provided you must contact LookMyholiday. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately. Failure to complain at your destination may mean we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.

Data Protection -:

In order to process your booking we need to pass your details to the relevant suppliers. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of that information. We may also use the information you provide for marketing purposes and, if you do wish to receive any further information, please inform LookMyholiday

Our Liabilities & Limitations -:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of memorial / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

itineraries are sample itineraries, purpose to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the track. Lookmyholiday reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and accommodation without notice in the interest of the trip, participants' safety, comfort and general well being without making any rebate, allowance or refund and extra cost, if any, would be payable by the client.

Package Cost are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change - the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

Natural Hazards : Lookmyholiday shall not be responsible for any delay or change in programme or expenses incurred or special / consequential loss, injury and damage - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients. Further, the Clients shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him / her as a result of the forgoing causes.

Lookmyholiday shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

Insurance : We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Clients are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

Governing Law -:

Your contract with LookMyholiday is governed by the laws of Haryana and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana to determine any dispute pertaining to the contract.
